This past Saturday, your 2025 Freshmen Shamrocks football team closed out a great campaign with a dominant performance at Franklin Central. The Rocks jumped on the Flashes right from the start and never looked back. Taking the ball to open the game, Westfield jumped up 7-0 with a Shon Edmond touchdown run. A successful surprise onside kick followed, with Anderson Corya converting the good field position into a field goal. A second successful onside kick was followed by a long touchdown strike from Greyson Hampton to Jay Crumedy. The defense did not take the field for the first six minutes of game time, finally entering the game with a 17-0 lead. A Quinn Hackman touchdown rumble, as well as two additional Corya field goals, resulted in a phenomenal final showing for the freshmen Rocks, as they concluded the year with a 30-12 win over Franklin Central and a 6-3 record overall. Congratulations to this class on an excellent debut season of high school football at Westfield!
