Defensively, Will Marciniec led the defense and earned player of the game honors from his LB position. Safety Grant Kooi provided consistent play for the defense in the pass and run game. The big play came when the defense played tough and denied the Orioles on a 4th quarter 2-point conversion. On special teams, the player(s) of the game were the KOR team with 2 returns for TDs. Ben Vollmer and Christopher Johns gave steady play and led their units. The big play(s) came on those two previously mentioned kickoff returns.
