Part of the boys' cross country team ran in the Elite race at the Eagle Classic in Brown County on September 13. The boys finished 9th, in a field that featured nine of the top 20 teams in the state. The team was led by Nathan McKeever's 23rd-place finish. McKeever nearly broke the 16:00 barrier, but had to settle for a PR instead. He was followed by Bryce Pittman, Luke Moulder, Carson Ackley, and Graham Hoffman, who rounded out the scorers. PRs were run by McKeever, G. Hoffman, JP Mikels, and Dexter Hoffman. The Shamrocks are back in action on Saturday, September 20th, at the Athletic Annex FlashRock Invitational. This is hosted by Westfield, and will take place at Northview Christian Church in Carmel, with the boys' varsity racing at 9:00 am.
