Your JV girls volleyball team did their part to help complete a program sweep of Guerin Catholic on Tuesday night and dedicated it to one of our biggest fans, Mrs. Tanya McCool. The 2-0 win (25-18 & 25-18) moved the JV squad to 7-0 on the season. The match was won thanks to competitive serving from your Rocks who tallied a season best 11 aces, 7 of which were delivered by Jules Miller. A solid defensive performance was led by Gwenny Terpening who led the Rocks with 8 digs combined with zero errors. The offense was led by Ella Huff and her 9 assists, with great execution in hitting percentage by middles Avery Pekala and Reese Dewing and kill leaders Eva Clevenger and Meredith Mears with 5 each. The JV Rocks are home again on Wednesday versus Cathedral and on the road versus Noblesville on Thursday.
