Hayden Rice drove in six runs on four hits to lead Westfield past Indianapolis Bishop Chatard 13-2 on Friday. Rice hit a home run to left field in the sixth scoring three, doubled in the fourth scoring two, and doubled in the second scoring one. Westfield flipped the game in the bottom of the second, scoring five runs on four hits to take the lead, 5-2. Westfield added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Elaina Bottorff singled to the left side of the infield, and Rice scored after tagging up, each scoring one run. The Shamrocks scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth on a home run to left field by Rice. Kaylee Graff pitched four innings in relief for the Shamrocks. The pitcher gave up two hits and zero runs while striking out two and walking two. Olivia Sampia began the game for Westfield. Sampia allowed two hits and two runs over two innings, striking out two and walking one. Westfield tallied 14 hits in the game. Ali Kainrath, Bottorff, and Alyvia Browne each collected multiple hits for the Shamrocks.
